Q2: The external cooling fan of the inverter does not rotate. Is this normal?

A: This is normal. The BLUESUN inverter adopts intelligent air cooling design. When the internal temperature of the inverter is not high, the cooling fan does not work. Only when the internal temperature of the inverter reaches the threshold, the cooling fan will rotate to promote heat dissipation.

Q3: The temperature on the back of the inverter is a bit high when it is working. Is this normal?

A: It is normal. The inverter dissipates heat through the heat sink on the back. Only when the heat dissipation is normal can the inverter operate normally. The ambient temperature for normal operation of the inverter is generally required to be within 60 degrees. If the ambient temperature is too high, the inverter will reduce the load. It is recommended to install the inverter in a cool and ventilated place to avoid exposure to the sun.

Q4: What to do if the power generation is insufficient

1. Check whether there are any obstructions around the photovoltaic panels (such as trees, buildings, etc.)

2. Check whether there are any foreign objects on the photovoltaic panels or dust accumulated for a long time without cleaning
